Driver Not Present in Downloaded Arduino File

For some reason, I am having to update my driver for my USB port to be able to upload my code to my Arduino Uno board. I have looked at how to set this up on the Arduino tutorials page, and it says that I need to select arduino.inf or arduinoUNO.inf as my driver. However, I cannot find these files in the recently downloaded Arduino software folder. How can I obtain these files? I've tried all the files that are currently present in the folder to update the driver. Absolutely none of the files seem to work.

Was it working before?

Drivers should be installed by default except for some clone boards. If you have a clone, it probably uses the CH340 usb-to-ttl converter; you can download the driver from the Chinese website.
