Driver problem for ms surface pro x?

arduino drivers, FTDI, CH340 etc have no driver for microsoft surface pro x, sq1 processor. Can any one face this problem? Help me please

I'm facing the same problem but with MS Surface Pro X SQ2. Does anyone have suggestions?
