HI , i am using ESP8266 , but my computers says unknown device even my drivers are up to date but port doesn't appear in Arduino . please help me

i don't know what is wrong . either i am missing or it is something else. and driver are installed but computer says "Driver is not properly installed".
Which ESP8266?
Also which version of Windows is that?
Also, I do not know if it makes a difference but my link to the additional libraries is http, not https.

problem solved , after changing 3 USB cables it was connected to my comp
