Drivesr for XP aren't "recognised"

Hi folks, this has probably been asked MANY times before.

I've looked in the FAQ and tried to find the magic answer, but I can't see it.

I just bought an Ether 10 board.
I am running XP SP2

Downloaded the file "auduino-1.0-windows.zip" file and extracted it.

Looked in the driver drawer and found the FTDI USB/i386 drawer and pointed there but what do I run?
Plugging in the board and pointing to that directory yields no joy. It says "no drivers found".

So obviously I am missing something.

What I discoverd is that I had to download a "special" .ini file from freetronics and that was what I missed.
