Driving 75 x 24v LED strips with PWM

Hey thanks for taking a second to consider my mad science!

I'm looking to drive around 75 strips of LEDs with brightness control. Each strip takes 24v+ and sinks 0-24v on a "cool white" and "warm white" bank of LEDs. The LEDs are not individually addressable. My goal is to be able to fade each strip 0-100% cool/warm, so I need a total of 150 channels of PWM.

Research so far led me to this: Adafruit 16-Channel 12-bit PWM/Servo Driver - I2C interface [PCA9685] : ID 815 : $14.95 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits -- I'm thinking this would work fine with a non-servo load up to 5v, and a chain of 10 would give me 160 PWM outputs. I've worked with this board before, just with servos and not LEDs, so I want to be sure I'm not overlooking some deal breaker.

If that's so far so good, can I make this a 24v system with a MOSFET on each output? Trying to get my head around the types of MOSFETs now - new territory for me - so any and all guidance is extremely welcome.
