driving a 40x40 RGB pannel (LXY28161 driver ic)

just came accross one of these boards... 40x40 rgb led panel ..

...cant seem to find any good info on driving the pannel..
anyone can point me in the right direction??? thanks for your time!

Not going to get far without a schematic of the panel to see how the multiplexing is arranged.
For example, you have 36 chips x 16 channels = 576 channels of constant current drive.
The chips are cascadable.
The panel is made of some variation of 120 channels (3 x 40 R-G-B channels, think common cathode columns) by 40 (think common anode rows).
The 5 HC245s (8-bit output buffer) suggest 40 rows.
The 4 HC138s (one of 8 outputs low at a time) suggest up to 32 sections.
12 Dx1 to Dx4 pins and ABCD: how are the 245s & 138s getting loaded?
CLK-LATch-OutputEnable: Could be an SPI type interface?
