Dropped posts.
At first I thought it was maybe me jumping to another site from within the forum without hitting the POST button but now I am pretty sure its not that.
Has anyone else seen posts drop out and disappear AFTER they were posted ?
It seems to be a quite recent effect and not every post is dropped so it looks random from my POV.
The post appears in the thread after I hit post then if I close out or jump to another site and come back later it doesnt show.
Two more recent posts dropped out of sight and cannot for the life of me see why ?
Mine have gone after I hit Post and didn't realize there was another that had gone up while I was typing. Too easy to miss.

No it wasn't the issue you mentioned these were definitely posts that went through but next time I went to them in a new session they were gone. if the forum updated its email notifications as much as FB then I would have copies but it seems to only send me notifications periodically and usually after I have come back to a post LOL
I think I suffered this yesterday. The missing Post was actually in my drafts.
But I can't be 100% certain I pressed SEND
