DS3231 Real-time Clock with Memory Card Module

Hi
I am unable to datalog time on an SD Card using DS3231 Real-time Clock with Memory Card Module. Is there any ready made program to do this. I can print the real time on serial monitor but when I try to store this time on SD Card it does not work. Please help.
