I'm back, had some issues with my workstation motherboard...

I have ordered almost all parts, though I will leave stepper motors and drivers as a last purchase just becouse I still don't understand how Ampere and Wattage output changes on stepper motor driver when Voltage changes. For now I will purchase cheap/weak stepper just to play with logic and practice how to connect them correctly.
I manage to find even stronger stepper motor:
NEMA 17 42BYGHW811B 4800g/cm 3.1V 2.5A/phase
But it's impossible to find 2.5A drivers with 3.1V output, any suguestions? Can I build my own drivers? What will happend if I connect 5V 2,5A driver to it?
