Dual camera and Inertial sensor Arduino Project

Hi,

I am thinking about a new Arduino project to validate one my PhD work.
I would like to simultaneously record the videos of two cameras and one inertial sensor. The three sensors have to be synchronized. :sweat_smile:
I just need to acquire the data in a PC, no "on line" computing is required for the Arduino.
I am skeptic about the feasibility of a such project.
Is there someone who has ever heard about a similar idea? Any reference ?

Arduino can't handle video.
It can of course read a sensor, and send info to a PC that also receives the two video streams at the same time.
