Hola quisiera saber si a este chip :
que ya viene con bootloader , podria cargarle los sketch a travez del arduino Mega 2560 y si fuera posible , algun tutorial?

Is that $ 89.90 american dollars ? It costs less than 10 dollars.
With a bootloader, you need an usb-to-ttl-serial converter to upload a sketch via RX and TX and DTR for reset. You can not use the Arduino Mega 2560 board without changing the hardware of that board.
