Due scheduler library bug

I’m righting a library that make arduino DUE to became a multiroom thermostat.

I’m using 2 library of my own and the scheduler library.
everything work until I activated the latest part.

/*
  //regulator command
  command.writeSerialCmd(gain);
  K = command.cmdOut;
  command.writeSerialCmd(treshold);
  smm = command.cmdOut;
  command.writeSerialCmd(sustainValue);
  vs = command.cmdOut;
*/
  //room command
  command.writeSerialCmd(input_0);
  sp_0 = command.cmdOut;
  command.writeSerialCmd(input_1);
  sp_1 = command.cmdOut;
  command.writeSerialCmd(input_2);
  sp_2 = command.cmdOut;

  //input calibration command
  command.writeSerialCmd(offSet_0);
  offset_0 = command.cmdOut;
  command.writeSerialCmd(offSet_1);
  offset_1 = command.cmdOut;
  command.writeSerialCmd(offSet_2);
  offset_2 = command.cmdOut;

If I activate he all of the 3 bloc of code, the arduino bloc after one loop on the serial monitor.
If I deactivate anyone of the 3 bloc, It’s ok.
If I use the sketch without the scheduler, all the sketch work fine. but I need the scheduler for other function.

I join sketch and my library in join piece.
