Hi erveryone,
I am designing a board based on the Due schematic.
I would like to use the last schematic.
By refering to the Official website the last version of the schematic is V02g.
https://store.arduino.cc/usa/due
But while going through google I also came across a link from the official website where the schematic is V03 in the name of the file, but there are no "template" in the schematic:
I was wondering, is there any Released notes somewhere to see the different revisions and modifications of the Due schematic?
The main difference I see in these two schematics is the supply 5V that changed from MPM3610 to LM2734.
Thank you
Waow I am very surprised no one is able to answer.
The more I look to the schematic the more I find it is not professional at all for a supposed open hardware.
The BOM generate by EAGLE is garbage, most of Part-number does not exist, some IC part number are obsolete...There are no info to explain the choice made/circuit.
Is it like no one use the schematic to reproduce the board?!?
I’ve never seen real “revision history” for any arduino boards. Nor real-part BOMs.
Don’t mistake an “open source reference design” for a educational tutorial.
I doubt whether many people do build their own due-class boards. At this point the main chip is approaching “obsolete.”
It’s certainly not what I’d choose for a new board - try a samd51 based on the adafruit “grand central” or similar. Faster, ore powerful, and cheaper!
