hi i have bought a duinotech uno r3 from j car, I cannot upload my sketch and the web editor does not recognize my board.
its in device manager but as an unknown device.
Does it show any problems in Windows device manager? If not, you need to install the driver.
Which version of the IDE are you using? Drivers should have been installed for the 16U2 if you use the 1.8.x version of the IDE.

and im pretty sure i installed like 3 lots of drivers when i installed the plugin.
sorry i think im in over my head with this but am quite determined to get it working ive been on it all day
I might have misinterpreted your post regarding the web editor; my interpretation was that you have the IDE installed locally and later tried the web editor.
