Yeah, just plug it in to the USB of the Arduino. Looking at the specs of it, you might need a different cable. You could easily wire one yourself if you need to.
I have a solar powered LiPo battery I use that's for charging your USB devices.

It should work. I have an earlier one, and it doesn't have a USB B cable, so you may need a converter. As I thought, none of the tips that came with my Energizer charger that I bought a year or two ago will work with my R3 Uno. So, unless the new versions of the charger have more tips, or unless you had a converter from min/micro/type A USB to standard type B, you would not be able to use the Energizer charger as is.
Many other chargers now have 1 or 2 standard USB type A female plugs, and you could plug the cable that came with your Arduino into that charger. The EZOpower charger that I just ordered from Amazon is one such unit.
Also, note that some chips run at 3.3 volts instead of 5, and you would need some sort of power regulator to use the 5 volts from the charger if you were planning to plug the leads straight into the board. I would hope that any board which takes power from a USB cable would be able to deal with 5 volts. 8)
