I mean WRITE A DESCRIPTION of what you want, not a picture. Computer programming is not done with pictures.

What knob on what, what attack profile on what, and are you using MIDI perchance?

Where is the knob? What part of what device is the knob? What does the knob produce, or the device it is attached to do, that can be exploited by an Arduino in the middle?
What envelope are you trying to control? On what device does this envelope or curve do anything?
What Arduino are you using?
Have you done anything at all with these three (guessing) major physical separable entities? Anything with MIDI?
Pretend like we don't know you, have no idea what you are sitting in front of, no idea why any of this is any kind of problem at all…
and tell us too much rather than one tiny fact at a time post by post.
