I am working my way through a few PCB 'attempts' and trying to learn Eagle along the way...
When I click on my errors icon.. I see a few dimension & clearance errors..etc
the clearance errors are usually a trace to close to a via or something...
I 'thought' I could just grab the trace and move/drag it a little bit more out of the way..or re-draw (which I havent learned to do fully yet)....
however when i do manage to edit the error enough. and I re-check the error icon... the same error is still there.. even though I 'fixed' it.. (apparently its not fixing it though)..
is there something that needs to be done? ( have tried re-saving and then re-checking the errors..etc.. (still there)
here is 1 example of a clearance error I cant get rid of..
any tips and tricks for re-editing/altering traces if they are a bit close or cause an error?
**I originally though I could just use the 'WIRE' tool and re-draw (either on top or bottom layer) or branch off to make a new/better route for the trace.. and go back and delete the other/old portion for the original trace..but i always get an error saying something about back annotation..etc.. (but I dont want to remove the whole trace/net.. just that portion where I have re-drawn it)
anyways.. Im stumped on how to clear these clearance errors!??
thanks!
