Sorry to start another topic on the same topic (heh) but I am terribly new to eagle and dove in deep to get a project done ASAP. I created a shield over the past 2 days, the shield is meant to between liquidware's lithium "backpack" and their touchshield slide, and thus giving the slide direct, compact access to an xbee. It's a really simple design, in fact I must say thanks to ladyada because the electronics are based completely on the ladyada xbee adapter. Anyway, I have a few questions/issues before I send this over to a pcb shop to make the first prototype.
Here are two images of the shield - the first is the shield rendered in eagle, the second is a 3d rendering

So, my question is really why the standard arduino pinout text we all have come to love is still showing up in the 3d rendering, even though there is no trace of the text in eagle (I used the arduino schematic to make this shield, 'cause I needed the mounting holes in the right place)
Next, the 4 pins that aren't standard, in the lower left hand corner of the board (cts, rst, etc) are really meant to be "optional" holes. I know when the board comes it won't have the pins there, just the holes for them, but I would like to render just the holes here... any way to change that in eagle?
Finally, any way to rnnder female pin headers? As you see, my 3d rendering only has male headers, which I don't want.
Thanks in advance for your help
