I was wandering if anyone has an Eagle Cad for the Arduino Mini (v2) Would be very helpful if someone does! Thanks in advance for any replies...

actually I dont.
the mini wasn't done with eagle...
the software that was used is beyond the pockets of most people 
there is a schematic and a layout available on the website
you can use them to make an eagle layout

I have now made a simple footprint for the mini... although i havent tested it yet!
