Easyvr shield 3+, not detected

hello,
i am having a trouble using the easy vr shield 3.0+ , the LEDs aren't switched on and the arduino program can't detect it even though i've soldered the headers really well on both of the veear module and shield.
is there any solution for this issue?

Is there a power led on the EasyVR module ?
Does Sparkfun explain somewhere what the jumpers are ?
