effect of power supply

Hi,

I recently change my arduino UNO board power adapter with a new adjustable power adapter. My analog input pin (0-1023) previously have a different of ~10(for every 7 second) and now after changing the adapter have a different of about ~80. My sensor doesn't change(giving the same value)

Does power adapter have an effect to input pin reading?

No.

have a different of ~10(for every 7 second)

So you have something wrong that is not connected with the power adapter, the readings should be steady only changing by 1 or 2.
