Apply 5V, and the piston extends. This one needs quite a bit of current, nearly 1.1 amp, so you'd need a wallwart to source current and a decent logic level, low Rds, N-channel MOSFET to sink current thru it.
And a 1N4001 diode to dissipate current back into it when the MOSFET turns off.
