I have to realize a circuit for this sensor:

from e2v site i found this circuit:

where i used a DAC for generate the V_set supply and the +2,5V. For the amplification i use a factor of 100k for read this signal with an ADC but the circuit isn't working and i have an output that vary very quickly from the output reference with an amplitude of +-400mV. Someone else has ever use this kind of sensors? what kind of circuit have you use? Thanks!
