Hi, I'm making a project usign a gps module which have no power button.
I need something to cut the voltage of the gps module when I send a signal from Arduino.
Something like a rele/relay but for 5V.

How about a Low Rds, Logic Level P-channel MOSFET between your power source and the GPS power pin?

That's a good solution.

I want to avoid using rele because it' noisy.

You should not be turning it on and off that frequently - it takes a fair while to stabilise.

More the the point is that a relay generally consumes a considerable amount of power whilst running on batteries - and if you were not running on batteries, you would not be concerned about turning it off.
