Elegoo Nano stuck on uploading in arduino ide

My elegoo nano is stuck on uploading. I tried using different pc but nothing. Everything started with an ultrasonic distance sensor project that on the serial monitor the reading said 0cm 0inch. I already did this project some days ago with the same sketch and circuit but now it just doesn't work. I tried uploading it more times until after 5 times it got stuck uploading.
the error code i found looking at other posts is this.

It's not stuck. It finished. Successfully.

No it wasn't but i just solved the problem. I deleted arduino 15 and then system 32 and now it seems working

I stand by what I wrote.

No you didn't, if Arduino15 was deleted then you have NO Arduino environment.
Moreover, although I stopped using Windows almost 10 years ago, I am sure that system32 is a major part of the Windows system.
