Elegoo Smart Robot Car V4 cannot restore ESP32-camera stock code

I reprogrammed the Elegoo ESP32-CAM-wrover that comes with the Conqueror Tank with some sample code and test programs that all worked great. I assumed when I was done I could just reprogram it with the code that Elegoo posts as the stock code for the module.

Out of the box, the module would power up, the green LED would flash until i connected to it on my phone, and then it would turn on steady.

When I resent the stock code to it, the green LED is on faintly and it does not show up as a Wi-Fi AP.

Yes, I bricked it. But I can still go back to the sample code i was playing with so I know the module works.

Has anyone ever fiddled with the code and then successfully restored it to factory code?

@nohopebrandon Installation and Troubleshooting is for Problems with the Arduino itself NOT your project. It says so in the description of the section. Therefore I have moved your post here. Please be more careful where you post in future.
