Hello, guys, I'm new to neurosensors, I have an emotiv insight and I'm completely lost, I don't know where to start, how and where to start programming, it's for a bionic hand project to school , if anyone can help, tips whatsoever, I'm grateful.

Please post a link to their datasheets. That will tell helpers what kind of interface is needed.

Your very best bet is to contact the manufacturer. The website you linked has a support category, listing Quick Start Guides and a User Manual among other things.
How did you come to choose this particular interface, if you have no idea how it works or what it does?
That's a sales site missing all connection related data. Not any help there.
School's give's me the sensor, to make the project.
