Emulate ipod/iphone allowing other devices to stream music to dock. [SOLVED]

I have a head unit in my van which can plug into an iPod but i have a windows phone now. I could buy a new H/U with blue-tooth but I want to experiment.

I have an arduino UNO and a blue-tooth shield and was wondering if (maybe someone already has) i can write an emulation style software allowing me to connect the arduino to the iPod connector and have it appear as an iPod on the system, I am not worried about using the H/U to control my phone. But merely allow me to connect my phone via blue-tooth and stream the music which will play through the head unit.

is it possible.. has someone done it or something similar?

WOW that was surprisingly hard to find before i posted this then almost as soon as i posted this i found it.

Good to know that you found it. There are some nice wireless streaming devices in the market which support iPhone and iPad. Auris is not a bad choice if their product pricing suits you.
