Enabling AT command in bc127 bluetooth module

Hi
I am using bc127 bluetooth module with melody firmware v5.0 , i want to enable AT command to fetch battery and network signal of the connected mobile phone. Please some one help me how to use AT commands (AT+CIND) with this module.
