Enclosure ventilation holes?

Hi guys, Has anyone come up with an easy way to make good looking ventilation holes on plastic (ABS) enclosures?

Could you post a picture of an enclosure with "good looking ventilation holes"?

Depending on how much ventilation you want, you could always fake it by cutting a hole in the enclosure with a hole saw and then cover it with a fan grill like this:

Or this:

Or even a small speaker cover like this:

Or, you can simply drill holes. It might be helpful to use a some kind of a jig or template (maybe perfboard or pegboard). You can use perfboard to make (small) pilot holes if you want them larger. Pilot holes are generally a good idea if you don't have a jig/template and a brad point bit will "center" better and will make a "cleaner" hole than a regular bit.

If you have a 3D printer, you can print a fan grille like the ones shown in #2 or even replace part of the box with a 3d printed one with holes.
