Hi,
Is it possible to connect the encoder AS5047P to Pro Micro MISO (14) and SCLK (15) in SPI read only configuration and use the MOSI pin as an digital output, for example as CSn chip selection?

To answer your question: yes, it is possible to connect it that way but you won't get any value from it because the chip doesn't send the information automatically but only if you send a command frame before. So if you want to use the chip you have to connect all SPI signals otherwise you won't get happy with that chip.
