Energy Consumption Friendly Power unit for Arduino device.

I am looking for a setup which will power my Arduino as well as with less energy consumption. As we know power unit will be continuously consuming electricity to power Arduino and sensors.

I am thinking to use mobile battery and mobile charger with auto charge code within fixed interval. Please suggest me.

Unless you are charging the battery by solar, then nothing will be more efficient than a well-designed switching power supply.

Charging and discharging a battery uses energy because no battery is 100% efficient, some of what you put in is wasted as heat. Just power from a switching PSU plugged into the mains.
