Energymeter using arduino and CS5460

Hi guys, I want to create an energy meter based in a CS5460. But I have no idea how to interface arduino with the IC CS5460. I know that this IC has SPI interfacing.

I tried interfacing it using SPI communication but it is not returning any data.

Do you have experience using CS5460?

Do you have any idea how to connect Arduino with CS5460? do you have any sketch used spi communication tests with CS5460?

I´ll really appreciate your help.
