What do I do if I get this?

Your post is lacking details.

Which board? Original or clone?
Did you select the correct board?
Is the board recognised in Windows device manager (or lonux/mac equivalents)?
Which IDE version?
Which operating system?
Did you select the correct com port?

Click Tools > Ports and choose the one for the board you've connected.

If you don't know which one, just unplug the board and click again to see which one disappeared. Plug it back in and choose that Port.
