Error: 13: 403 Forbidden?

Hi!

I'm running the latest IDE 2.3.2 and I'm trying to install the MKR ZERO board. I click the install link for Arduino SAMD Boards (32bits ARM Cortex-M0+) and I get the following:

Tool arduino:arm-none-eabi-gcc@7-2017q4 already installed
Downloading packages
arduino:arduinoOTA@1.2.1
arduino:bossac@1.7.0-arduino3
arduino:CMSIS@4.5.0
Failed to install platform: 'arduino:samd:1.8.14'.
Error: 13 INTERNAL: Server responded with: 403 Forbidden

I have been able to install other boards from the UI in the IDE, just not the one I need. Is there a solution to this? I'm on a corporate network if that makes a difference.

If you have installed other boards, then this may be just a transient error due to planned or unplanned network outage somewhere. Give it some time and try again.
