Error: Cannot install plugin on Mac Firefox

Arduino CreateAgent cannot install the plugin on my computer.
I am running:
Mac OS 10.6.8
Firefox 48.0.2
Any help appreciated.

Hi @winslowwong, sorry to hear about your issue. We haven't done extensive testing on Snow Leopard as it is quite an old OS.

We can surely help you solve your problem if you could send screenshots or (even better) a screencast of the installation process that fails.
