That's just a link to the thread. If I can't reproduce your bug then I can't help you fix the bug. The only way I could reproduce the bug is by having the exact same code as you. You're the one here asking for help. If you're not going to make the minimum effort to make it easy for me to do that then why should I even bother? I guess you'll need to hope for the best from the company's tech support.
