Error connecting arduino nano to iot cloud

Hi

I'm trying to connect an arduino nano iot to arduino cloud but i get an error "Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token p in JSON at position 0".

I have install arduino creator plugin and i'm using Chrome. Can someone help me solving the problem?

Thanks in advance

Uncaught SntaxError

Did it really say that?

Sorry, an "y" was missing. The correct error description is:

"Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token p in JSON at position 0".

Hi. Anyone with the same issue?

Same issue here. I have updated to arduino creator plugin 1.2.0 rc3 but I still cannot add my Nano 33 IoT device to the Arduino IoT cloud.

Installed the agent on another computer which do not have Arduino IDE installed. I do not know if it has anything to do with this, but now it works.

I just received the OPLA IoT Kit and cannot configure the device.
I am receiving the same "Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token p in JSON at position 0" error.
It then takes me back to the screen to name the device connection and gives me a "Executing command: exit status 2" error. I have restarted the Create Plugin several times and reconnected the USB several times.
Please help.

same issue here not able to configure on the IOT cloud. i can program from the Arduino IDE without an issue. but it hang up on the third step of the config for the IOT cloud Set up.
