ERROR DURING COMPLLING

I was having during compling and upload.

Any reason? Please advise a solution.

When you encounter an error you’ll see a button on the right side of the orange bar “Copy error messages”. Click that button. Paste the error in a message here USING CODE TAGS (</> button on the toolbar).

You did not show your code, you did not show the exact error message that you got. So the only thing that can be said is that the reason is that you have a problem somewhere and the solution is that you somehow have to fix that problem.

if (buttonState1--HIGH)did you mean "=="?

I would start fixing line like

if (buttonState1--HIGH){

That should be

if (buttonState1==HIGH){

Nice attempt to post the error; try again by editing your post

As I indicated, you also need to post your code (in the same way).[/b][/code]

tried above and another error.

Close the IDE.
Find the file core.a and manually delete it.

That should solve the problem.

If the problem happens again, get rid of the Store version of the IDE and install the normal IDE; one worry about possible problems less.
