Error during uploading the coding

Hi, this error message is appear after uploading to the arduino nano. The compilation is successful.
I have change the port, the same error appear. I have check the port at the device manager all in good, the port is not in use by anything. I have restart the laptop several times. I have installed the CH340 driver. All of these cant fixed the error.

avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "\.\COM7": The system cannot find the file specified.

what OS are you using? What IDE-Version are you using and
