Error I can't figure out with Attiny261A

I am trying to program an Attiny261A, and at first it was getting the correct signature, but was having trouble writing the bootloader for some reason. I kept trying, but I never got the bootloader to write correctly. Now though, it isn't even recognizing the signature of the ATTINY261A. I'm wondering if I damaged the chip, since I'm almost certain everything is connected properly.

I no matter what I do, this error keeps recurring. The Device signature seems to change slightly each time though.

Wires are connected wrong, there is a loose wire, or the chip is damaged
