Error installing ArduinoCreateAgent

Hi all,
I am unable to install the ArduinoCreateAgent in my computer on Windows 10. It seems there is an error when it tries to create the destination folder. I am using administrator credencials. Can anyone helpme?

The install file (exe) has been downloaded from Arduino Cloud (ArduinoCreateAgent-1.2.7-windows-amd64-installer-chrome)

Take a look at If you get 'destination ${windows_folder_startup) resolved to an empty value' when installing the Create Agent

Try:

1. Uninstall the Arduino Create Agent. Remove older version you installed completly.
2. Install the Arduino Create Agent with admin right.

If the issue persist, it might be Window OS related which might require resetting your windows (after saving your files).
