Okay, which board and serial port do you have selected in the Tools menu? Does the power LED on the board light up? Is any external hardware connected to the Uno?
The only external hardware is the USB cable.. I have selected the uno board in the menu and the port as far as I have seen on line is the right one.. it only gives you two port selection and it's not the wifi port
Has it ever been programmed before? Is it pre-programmed with the blink sketch that blinks the onboard LED?
I don't think so, it's a kit that came with a remote to control the car after you i guess programmer the sketch? But.. all it does is blink and gives me error messages
Details of your OS, IDE version and anything else you can think of, please?
Boom! The Bluetooth module was causing the issue.. thanks for the help!
