Error: Problem running post install step. Unknown error while running

Hi, there I am new to microcontrollers but not new to programming. I am trying to setup my (Elegoo) UNU R3 project. I want to the online editor and per the documentation at https://create.arduino.cc/projecthub/Arduino_Genuino/getting-started-with-arduino-web-editor-on-various-platforms-4b3e4a I was trying to install the web editor plugin for chrome https://downloads.arduino.cc/CreateBridgeStable/ArduinoCreateAgent-1.1-windows-installer-chrome.exe

I am getting this error messages "Problem running post install step. Unknown error while running c:/user/../.....ardunio_create_bridge.exe "
