Error programming an Arduino Micro

I get this message after uploading a sketch.
Using a new Arduino Micro.
What does this mean? and what do I do next to load a program?

Looks like output from IDE2.0; if you're not using IDE 2.0, please let us know. You don't have to do anything, code is uploaded. You have to pay attention to the notifications to know if it was successful.
