Error: SIM not inserted - Maduino Zero 4G LTE(SIM7600A)

I'm working on making a textable GPS tracker for some of our equipment. I got a SIM card for my Maduino Zero 4G LTE (SIM7600A) and I haven't gotten the board to recognize that I've inserted it. When I run the command "AT+CPIN?" it responds with "+CME ERROR: SIM not inserted".
