Hola,les cuento todo. hace bastante hice un proyecto con mi esp32cam, se trataba de una camara que ves desde el celular o pc (con la ip)
pero ayer despues de un tiempo sin usarla, conecte la esp32cam a una powerbank de 5v, osea el cable de 5v y gnd de la esp32cam a la powerbank. y me di cuenta que conecte alrevez 
es decir, puse el 5v en el gnd y el gnd en el 5v de la esp32cam.
lo puse bien y no funciona, entro a la ip de mi camara hago todo como siempre y me da error como si la ip no existiera, no se si se quemo mi esp32 o que, entonces ahora decidi volver a subir el codigo a la esp32cam via un usb to serial a la pc. pero obtengo error.
