error uploading a example to nano

i have been trying to load a example to my nano just to test it out but i keep getting error messages of programmer not responding. i attached the full error message i get

what can i do?

Do this:
Tools > Processor > ATmega328P (Old Bootloader)

Then try uploading again.

I've had same issue, using old bootloader fixed the issue.
