error uploading for board Arduino uno

I got an error before uploading the sketch but after compiling
Iam using an arduino nano and i DONT UNDERstand the error message , please help

Make sure you have selected the port of your Arduino board from the Tools > Port menu.

If you don’t know which port is your Arduino board, you can find it like this:

  • Unplug your Arduino board from the computer.
  • Tools > Port
  • Note the ports, if any, listed in the menu.
  • Close the Tools menu. The ports list is only updated when the Tools menu is re-opened, so this step is essential.
  • Plug your Arduino board into the computer.
  • Tools > Port - The new port listed in the menu is your Arduino board.

Select Tools > Processor > ATmega328P (Old Bootloader) and then try uploading again.

I Used to get the same error message, Make sure the board isn't connected to usb3.0 but is connected to 2.0. Restarting my computer would generally fix the issue, but when I first got the Arduino I had to install some drivers and then it started working and when I got the error message I would restart my computer and it would fix it.
