You need to select the COM port of your Arduino from the Tools > Port menu. If that menu is disabled then you may need to install a driver for the USB-serial chip or maybe you have a bad(or charging only) USB cable.
which of the drivers do I need to download?

I successfully Installed driver for my ft232rl USB to UART but when I tried to update it in device manager, it can't find the file needed even though file destination is correct
